 Chai Spice Tea
While we were in India we became
very attached to chai teas. 'Chai' in Hindi, simply means tea, and this
is the traditional blend. It contains blended black teas, with ginger,
cinnamon, clove oil, allspice, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom.
Traditionally it's served hot, with honey and milk, but we also like it
over ice in summer. It's wonderful, mixed with lemonade, too! Chai
