2. Snail mail - just fill out this request form and we will mail you our paper catalog, containing descriptions of our products. Mail orders may pay by check or money order -US funds only- or by credit card or by telephone. (NOTE: there is more information in our web pages than in our paper catalog; you are welcome to use our SECURE ORDERING system on our website, or you can send a check for your order). You automatically receive a catalog when placing an order.
